Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business Strategically: Connect with prospective clients through phone outreach, networking, and the PLACE consumer app while applying established business systems.
• Guide Clients Through Decisions: Understand each client's objectives and provide knowledgeable support throughout the buying, selling, or investment process.
• Share Market Expertise: Deliver relevant, timely insights using proprietary data and sophisticated property valuation tools.
• Negotiate on Clients' Behalf: Advocate for client interests and pursue terms that support their goals.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Deliver prompt, professional service and maintain consistent communication that fosters trust and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Background: Experience in real estate or another competitive sales environment, with a demonstrated record of success.
• Excellent Communication Abilities: Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and communicating effectively with a wide range of clients.
• Self-Directed and Collaborative: Able to manage responsibilities independently while contributing positively to a team-focused culture.
• Flexible Problem Solver: Comfortable addressing challenges and adapting to evolving market conditions.
• Licensed or Ready to Obtain a License: Holds an active real estate license or is prepared to complete the licensing process promptly.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
