• 7 on/7 off schedule -- 12-hour shifts, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
• Pediatric ward census 3 - 10 patients daily, 2 - 5 newborn rounds per day
• General pediatric ward with Level 1 newborn care
• Assist with complicated births and c-sections, 20 - 30 deliveries monthly
• No NICU or PICU care -- transfers available for higher acuity
• NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• Seasonal variation in admissions -- 3 - 6 patients per shift during peak season
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
