Job Description
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and building systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment when required.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or tenants.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Technician should have:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of safety and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
