Team Leader Grocery
Estamos en la bsqueda de un Team Leader Grocery para uno de nuestros clientes en la industria de supermercados. Esta persona brindar apoyo en las operaciones diarias del departamento, colaborando activamente en las tareas de gondolero y apoyando los procesos de cierre de tienda para garantizar una experiencia de compra organizada y un excelente servicio al cliente. Responsabilidades principales:
- Apoyar las operaciones diarias del rea de Grocery.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las tareas asignadas al equipo de trabajo.
- Realizar acomodo, reposicin y rotacin de mercanca en gndolas.
- Verificar la presentacin, limpieza y organizacin de las reas asignadas.
- Asistir en los procesos de cierre de tienda y asegurar que las tareas sean completadas.
- Atender y orientar a clientes segn sea necesario.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y procedimientos operacionales.
Requisitos:
- Cuarto Ao de Escuela Superior completado.
- Estudios postsecundarios son preferibles.
- Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en supermercados.
- Experiencia previa liderando equipos de trabajo es preferible.
- Organizacin y atencin al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinmico.
- Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente.
Horario:
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y das feriados segn necesidad operacional.
Salario:
- $12.00 por hora
