Overview Finance Internship Program – Summer2027. Ten‑week full‑time paid internship in McLean, VA. Requires in‑person attendance with hybrid working model. Interns will be considered for full‑time positions in the Finance Rotation Program with a start date in July2028. Key Responsibilities Drive new insights and efficiencies through project‑based work using data visualization tools and data manipulation/modeling skills (Python, SQL). Analyze key business drivers such as customer and asset volume, attrition, losses and margins. Improve forecasting models through analysis of key business trends. Assist in filing of externally reported financial statements. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher, expected to complete by July2028 or earlier. Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full‑time degree program following completion of the internship. Strong quantitative, analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a relevant major. Interest in financial management, technology aptitude and digital learning. Compensation & Benefits Paid internship. Salary for McLean, VA: $97,000 – $97,000. Compensation may vary by location and is reflected in the offer letter.
