Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of patients and identify suitable treatment approaches tailored to their unique situations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that interventions address the specific needs and diagnoses of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate effective patient outcomes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional growth, enhancing coping mechanisms, and providing skills for effective emotional regulation.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support and guidance during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Offer education and resources to patients and families about mental health conditions and available treatment options to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with mental health research, treatment innovations, and regulatory changes affecting practice.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other collaborative efforts to enhance treatment strategies and improve overall care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a variety of clients, including adolescents and adults struggling with a range of mental health issues. Our patient population is diverse, with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Thorough knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with mental health documentation standards.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Approximately two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
