Join Our Team as a Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN)
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our assisted living and memory care community. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of residents' health and well-being.
- Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, families, and care staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Promote resident safety and well-being through health education and monitoring of health changes.
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
