Job Title: M365 Engineer

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and architecture
• 8+years in a client-facing or managed services delivery role with direct stakeholder engagement at the IT leadership level
• Demonstrated experience architecting M365 solutions in enterprise environments of 5,000+ users
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint in production environments
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on application packaging experience using Win32/MSIX/.intunewin and SCCM application packaging in enterprise environments
• Proven track record managing software distribution at scale across co-managed (Intune + SCCM) endpoint estates of 5,000+ devices
• Experience operating in an EUS/managed services context with SLA-bound delivery obligations

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as SysTrack, Nexthink, or Endpoint Analytics
• Familiarity with application packaging tools such as Advanced Installer, InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio, or PACE Suite
• Experience with application virtualization (App-V sequencing, MSIX App Attach for AVD environments)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and integration with M365 platform events and s
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for M365 deployment, governance, and readiness assessment
• Experience supporting M365 licensing reviews and advising on E3/E5 vs. add-on optimization
• Exposure to SIEM integration with Microsoft Sentinel in the context of M365 security monitoring
• Background in large-scale device migrations (OS upgrades, tenant-to-tenant, on-premises to cloud)
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, energy, financial services, or healthcare)

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
