Senior Scientific Director, Oncology Clinical Development (NHL & Leukemia)

Senior Scientific Director position overseeing clinical development programs in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and leukemia. Leads cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and interpreting complex oncology trials while ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific rigor.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and provide scientific oversight of multiple clinical development programs
- Lead cross-functional teams and oversee study integrity, data interpretation, and safety/efficacy reporting
- Develop and own scientific content of protocols, reports, regulatory submissions, and program documents
- Serve as in-house clinical expert for assigned molecules and disease areas
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices and compliance with global regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences; advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred
- At least 8 years of pharmaceutical clinical trial experience
- Ability to independently manage complex clinical research programs
- Proven cross-functional leadership and influence skills
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
