Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic tools including audio/video messages, journaling prompts, worksheets, and goal-tracking features to assist clients in their progress.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on treatment approaches and share best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with clients facing low-acuity mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.

• An independent LPCC license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
