Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, analyzing both the psychological and social factors affecting clients, and compile detailed clinical reports to guide treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring that clients receive targeted interventions that best meet their needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and changes in care, using electronic health record systems.

• Monitor client progress over time, adjusting therapy techniques and interventions as necessary, while coordinating with other care team professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering trust and open communication, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external partners.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
