Senior Accountant, Coppell (110K-115K+Bonus)

A fast growing SAAS organization in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, improve processes, and supervise a Staff Accountant. This role focuses on optimizing accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and strengthening internal controls. This is a great opportunity and the company has a plan to grow this role to a manager within 12 months. This position pays 110K-115K+15% Bonus. Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes. Identify and implement process improvements, including automation. Mentor and develop junior staff. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Support audits and prepare financial documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
