Listen & Feel Hospitality Groups is a premier, multi-brand hospitality group experiencing rapid growth. We currently own and operate 6+ restaurant concepts, with an aggressive pipeline to launch additional locations. We build exceptional guest experiences across distinct brands, driven by culinary excellence and robust operational standards.

As the Financial Controller, you will serve as the architectural leader of our finance department. You will oversee all accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting across all existing and upcoming venues. Initially, you will operate as a powerhouse department of one, establishing systems, streamlining vendor relations, and managing construction budgets. As we scale over the next year, you will recruit, hire, and manage a team of Staff Accountants to support you. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a sharp analytical mind, a deep understanding of restaurant unit-level economics, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate and store-level cash flow, providing accurate weekly forecasting to executive leadership.
• Consolidate monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and balance sheets across multiple corporate entities and restaurant brands
• Track and manage capital expenditures (CapEx) and pre-opening budgets for our upcoming restaurant builds.
• Identify cost-bleeding areas at individual venues and implement financial controls to improve unit-level margins.
• Streamline inventory tracking, end-of-month counts, and point-of-sale (POS) integrations.
• Audit and re-engineer our current accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior management role (Controller or Accounting Manager) specifically within the hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. a CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in restaurant accounting platforms (e.g., Restaurant365, QuickBooks, Compeat) and inventory/POS systems (e.g., Toast). Expert-level MS Excel skills are non-negotiable.
• Proven track record of managing finances for a business growing past 5+ physical locations. Experience with multi-entity corporate structures and intercompany transactions is essential
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, analytical mindset, and sharp communication skills.

What We Offer

• Highly competitive base salary ($105,000 – $125,000 depending on experience).
