Assistant Controller

Responsibilities Assist with quarterly financial statements and accounts receivable. Process accounts payable, client billing, vendor correspondence, and invoice payments. Prepare Microsoft Excel schedules, assist with payroll, bank reconciliations, and related tasks. Perform additional administrative tasks such as mail handling, scanning, and filing. Requirements Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed. Relevant education and/or training considered a plus. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This range may be modified in the future. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, and ADD insurance. Salaried personnel receive paid time off; hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
