Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and identify areas of need for recovery from surgery, injury, or illness.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using diverse techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, including treatment efficacy and adjustments needed in therapeutic strategies, ensuring clear communication with patients and their families.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, supportive exercises, and the proper use of assistive devices to enhance their rehabilitation experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and contribute to multidisciplinary teams aimed at optimizing patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay current with best practices and evidence-based methodologies in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with advanced education (Doctorate in Physical Therapy) preferred.
