Stamping Press Operator

Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Thursday
Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Summary

Workbox Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stamping Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Holland, MI. This position is responsible for operating stamping press equipment to produce aluminum edging products while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous machine operation experience and is comfortable performing

repetitive, physical work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stamping Press Equipment
• Safely operate stamping press machinery to produce aluminum edging products according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Load and Unload Materials
• Load aluminum materials into the press and remove finished products while maintaining efficient production flow.
• Perform Quality Inspections
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects and ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Maintain Production Efficiency
• Keep materials organized, monitor output, and support daily production goals.
• Follow Safety Standards
• Comply with all workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support General Production Operations
• Assist with basic machine upkeep, maintain a clean work area, and report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or stamping press experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and handle 35+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Lift 35+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Stand for extended periods of time

• Bend, reach, twist, and move materials continuously
• Work safely around production equipment and machinery
• Maintain production pace while handling materials and finished products
