Join an Employee Resource Group, participate in an international lunch, or celebrate your heritage to find your place of belonging.Find Your Future – Whether you are interested in the opportunity to work seasonally or looking to launch your career, GEODIS is the place!*Eligibility varies based on location, job, employee type, or length of service.What you will be doing:Manage the day to day operations of the specific account(s) assigned to you and identify opportunities to improve service and increase businessAnalyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to your customer(s)Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and prioritiesWork with Carrier Team to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on time pickup or deliverySupport pricing and quoting activity with direction and guidance from Account ExecutiveOther duties as required and assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related studies preferredPrevious freight brokerage experience preferredProven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work settingExcellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customersCommitted to executional and outstanding customer serviceAble to persuade, motivate, influence and negotiate with othersAble to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent resultsFast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environmentThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
