Job Description
The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Springfield, MA will:
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project activities.
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, changes, and challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Springfield, MA should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
- Must have healthcare and/or medical facility construction experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- MA-CSL.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.
