Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in ground up construction within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in interpreting and managing construction plans and blueprints.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making during projects.
