As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects by coordinating crews, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in pulling bundled conductor on transmission lines and handling bulk conductor operations will be critical to ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily field operations for transmission line construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Effectively manage and coordinate multiple crews to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.
• Oversee bulk conductor operations, including pulling and installing large-scale transmission wire, with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure proper utilization of equipment, materials, and labor to maintain project momentum and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets or exceeds project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of pulling bundled conductor on transmission lines, managing crews, and handling bulk conductor operations.
