Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in comprehensive assessments to identify emotional, psychological, and social challenges faced by clients, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize a cloud-based EHR system to document sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including those for Medicaid and Medicare.

• Conduct treatment programs to effectively manage mental health symptoms, trauma, and dual diagnosis issues.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and safety in all interactions, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Work alongside other healthcare professionals within the organization to coordinate holistic care efforts for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population with varying mental health needs, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis. Your role will be critical in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of mental health counseling experience.
