Fibergrate Composite Structures, a division of RPM International (NYSE: RPM), is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager who is experienced and highly motivated, located in Arizona.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is charged with the management of individual Territory Managers and Manufacturers’ Reps along with the leadership of all sales efforts and programs within an assigned region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation and execution of the annual sales plan, including all objectives related to sales strategy, market share, pricing, gross margins, selling expenses, and accounts receivable.
\n
• Identification, evaluation, selection, training, and continuous performance evaluation of Manufacturer’s Reps, Distributors, direct Territory Managers, and distribution channels within the assigned sales region.
\n
• Develop and implement an appropriate schedule that provides for ongoing personal contact with all major players (Customers, TMs, Reps, Distributors, Engineers, etc.) within the assigned sales region.
\n
• Prepare, present, resolve, implement, and monitor the annual business plans for all Territory Managers and Manufacturer’s Reps.
\n
• Provide accurate and timely quotations and/or provide necessary support to other functional areas providing the same.
\n
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
\n
• Communicate, interact, prioritize and work efficiently/co-operatively with all Fibergrate support groups (Estimating, Project Management, TSAMs, Engineering, Logistics, QC and others).
\n
• Travel – Requires up to 50% of time
\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n
• Four-year degree (Preferred)
\n
• Industry – 5 years of Building Products Experience
\n

Programs – Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Strong CRM Experience
