Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are advantageous but not required

Prior experience as a Physical Therapist is highly desirable
