Scheduling & Staffing CoordinatorThe Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that client care schedules are up to date and staffed in order to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care, ensuring effective management of caregivers, and maintaining adequate supply of caregivers by continually recruiting and hiring. This position entails applying initiative in day-to-day operations including participating in new client development programs.This is an in-person full time position, and plays a key role within the operations/management team. There is also opportunity for advancement within the company.Primary Areas of Responsibilities:Scheduling-related activitiesPhone in-takesRecruiting, on-boarding and training new-hiresEstablishing trust, credibility and positive working relationships with caregivers, clients and client families through timely and reliable communications by phone, text and emailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Regular communication with caregivers, clients, and client familiesSchedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client's needsMonitors daily visits to ensure all caregiver shifts are completed for our clientsFills in shifts if there is a change or cancellation in a client or caregiver scheduleCommunicates new assignments and/or schedules changes to caregivers and clientsSupervises caregivers in all aspects of their day-to-day job duties and responsibilitiesTakes charge of all aspects of recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of caregivers, with the goal of always maintaining an adequate supply of caregivers deployable within service areaAssists team with processing data to initiate accurate payroll and billing processesPerforms general administrative/office tasksParticipates in client care conferences as neededWorks with others to assist in resolution of issuesWeekly reporting of accountabilities Synergy HomeCare
