Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,812–$1,879 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 8 weeks Shift: 3x12 Night shifts Start date: 07/06/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital (Inpatient Rehab) Travel policy: Local travelers within 50 miles accepted with decreased bill rate Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient acute rehab unit focused on chemical dependency Assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, monitor vital signs, and administer medications per orders Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, case management) to support rehabilitation goals Monitor for withdrawal symptoms, ensure patient safety, respond to emergencies, and document in the electronic medical record Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge planning, and follow‑up needs Ensure compliance with NYS nurse licensing requirements, facility policies, and safety standards Requirements Active New York State Registered Nurse license BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience in inpatient acute rehab or chemical dependency unit Travel experience required; renewals preferred Ability to work 3x12 night shifts; start date 07/06/2026 Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentials and onboarding requirements Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement Competitive weekly pay within the stated range Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
