Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized and measurable treatment plans, assessing their progress continually to adjust approaches as needed.

• Act as an advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources including financial aids, housing support, and other critical social services aimed at improving their quality of life.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, such as suicidal ideation or severe trauma, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness and treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant case documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, following HIPAA guidelines and applicable state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
