Work Environment\n

Operated primarily in a remote setting, our center prioritizes a supportive and collaborative work culture. You will have the flexibility to conduct sessions virtually, while occasionally engaging with students and faculty in schools, ensuring students' mental well-being is addressed comprehensively. Core work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend commitments based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments, risk evaluations, and crisis management interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and school staff to establish and pursue shared goals, optimizing team function to promote student health and academic success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within local schools, who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will be instrumental in helping these young individuals navigate their emotional challenges, equipping them with the tools necessary for improved mental health and academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license and a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues, along with crisis management skills.
