Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique situations and develop tailored treatment plans that address both mental health challenges and substance use issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide continuous care and support to clients, coordinating with other healthcare providers to facilitate multi-faceted treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at our Detox Center primarily consists of individuals who are in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, alongside those dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. As an LCSW-C, you will play a critical role in guiding these individuals through their treatment process, addressing both their emotional and psychological needs and contributing to long-term healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.

• A valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
