This position operates within a remote environment, providing the flexibility to serve clients without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Our Detox Center serves as a pivotal reference point for individuals facing substance-related challenges, and your contributions will ensure clients receive timely and effective social work interventions. While the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs and program-related activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind & Soul Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental circumstances.

• Developing individualized service plans that outline clear goals, actionable interventions, and systematic progress monitoring tailored to each client's situation.

• Providing direct counseling services to individuals and families who are navigating crises related to homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, or poverty.

• Collaborating closely with clients to establish personalized roadmaps for achieving their wellness goals and connecting them with community resources.

• Offering expertise in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety plans to protect clients in urgent situations.

• Coordinating and advocating for clients within a network of community organizations to streamline access to holistic support services.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to increase awareness of agency services and to bolster our mission of advocacy.

Qualifications\n

Required qualifications for this position include:
