We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator in our Luxury Boutique Responsibilities: Assist Marketing department in managing logistics before, during, and after events Attend all scheduled onsite and offsite events Ensure bar is stocked including – drinks, tools and supplies Support in the Americana Manhasset when needed Responsible for ordering and replenishing hospitality supplies (e.g. water, coffee, drinks, food) Oversee the flow of service with the caterers and servers Help in preparing gifts and goody bags for events Assist in personalized clienteling to uphold standards and for white glove hospitality to be delivered daily Partake in maintaining a pristine store environment Qualifications/Experience: Previous experience in hospitality and/or event planning Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to follow direction independently Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25 - $30 Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with employer matching Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health savings account Life insurance Shift: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, weekends and holidays We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
