Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will:

• Provide specialized instruction and resource support to elementary students in a resource setting
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt curriculum content and teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and necessary documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families, administrators, and other staff to ensure student success
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Minnesota teaching certification, Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in an elementary school setting
• Strong understanding of special education compliance and instructional best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized learning plans and modify instruction for a diverse caseload
• Must provide MN Teaching Certification and updated resume to be considered
