Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You Bring:

• Active Minnesota Teaching Certification, Tier 3 or Tier 4
• Special Education licensure required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with elementary-aged learners
• Strong understanding of resource room and inclusion practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Passion for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Willingness to commit to the full assignment duration
• Up-to-date resume and proof of credentials required for consideration

What You’ll Do:

• Support elementary students as a resource special education teacher
• Deliver direct instruction, interventions, and ongoing support in both resource and general education settings
• Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to meet student needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate in planning and adapting curriculum and activities
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom climate
