Community Manager

AMLI Residential is hiring an experienced Property Manager (Multifamily / Apartments) to oversee operations at AMLI Marina Del Rey, a Class A, high-end residential community. Compensation & Benefits $105,000 - $120,000 base salary + performance bonus / incentive plan Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off - 20 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays Housing Allowance at AMLI Marina Del Rey Tuition reimbursement & career development Life insurance + short/long-term disability Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations for a luxury apartment community Manage budgeting, financial reporting, NOI performance, and revenue growth Drive occupancy, leasing traffic, rent collections, and delinquency management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team (leasing + maintenance) Execute resident retention strategies and customer satisfaction initiatives Analyze market trends, rent comps, and competitor data Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and company policies Conduct property inspections, curb-appeal walks, and unit readiness reviews Partner with the maintenance team on work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance Manage vendors, contractors, capital projects, and renovations Maintain asset value and long-term property performance Implement leasing strategies, pricing optimization, and revenue management Partner with marketing on digital marketing, SEO, and ILS listings Optimize lead conversion, tours, and closing ratios Drive traffic generation and brand positioning in the Marina del Rey market Qualifications 3+ years of Property Manager experience (multifamily/apartments) Experience with Class A / luxury apartments Strong background in leasing, operations, financials, and team leadership Experience with Entrata or property management software preferred High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree a plus E-EO Statement Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
