Litigation Paralegal

Our defense team is growing and we are possibly seeking more than one (1) paralegal for insurance defense. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases by conducting discovery such as written discovery, responding to interrogatories and requests for production, summarizing medical records, scheduling depositions, scheduling medical examinations, and drafting simple motions. Great location in East Lansing, Michigan. Competitive salary based upon experience. Salary range $50,000 to $70,000. Health insurance / Dental / HSA available, 401k, and merit based / performance bonuses. Responsibilities Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys Scheduling depositions, medical examinations, and court appearances Summarizing medical records Drafting simple motions Qualifications Ideal candidate(s) would have at least 1 year of litigation experience Strong communication, legal writing, legal research, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Willingham & Cote' P.C.
