Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (10:30 AM - 9:00 PM), 40 hours per week plus call coverage. 36-hour orientation provided.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a busy operating room with 19 rooms and a daily census of 50
• Diverse surgical specialties including Ortho/Spine, Robotics, General Surgery, Urology, Neuro, GYN, and more
• Advanced equipment experience including DaVinci robot, Stealth, O-arm, ION, and specialized surgical tables
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Work with all patient age groups from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Weekend requirement of 4 shifts total over two separate weekends during contract

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Experience with surgical procedures including laparoscopic cases, orthopedic procedures, thoracotomy, total joint replacements, and urological surgeries
• Knowledge of fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling, and universal protocol
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
• First-time travelers accepted; previous charge experience preferred
