Be able to seal the deal with an expected closing ratio of at least 20%. Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and current residents gather. Inspect tours and models and ensure they look their best. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager and improve resident satisfaction. Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communication. Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and team members. Maintain exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail. Qualifications At least two years of transferable experience in customer service. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Energetic and enthusiastic. The expected salary range for this California position is between $21.50 and $25.00.
