Location: Collegeville, PA Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM About the Role: We're seeking a motivated Accounting Associate to support purchasing, accounts payable, vendor management, and account reconciliation activities. This opportunity starts as a temporary assignment with the potential to become a long-term permanent position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Process purchase orders and maintain vendor records
• Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and certificate of insurance files
• Review, code, enter, and reconcile invoices
• Assist with weekly payment processing, including checks, ACH payments, and expense reimbursements
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and prepaid expense tracking
• Assist with annual 1099 reporting and additional accounting projects

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
