Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with In It Together PT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that target individual goals, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Implementing a variety of treatment techniques, such as hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to assist in patient recovery.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
