Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Consulting with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for our patients.
• Engaging patients in their recovery process through educational initiatives, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment and rehabilitation.
• Documenting assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and implement comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Enhancing departmental operations by participating in leadership functions such as community outreach, quality improvement, and program development.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants, to maintain high standards of care.
