You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates to meet program goals, objectives and broad command priorities, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.

You will develop performance standards and evaluate work performance of subordinates.

You will administer long-term, complex contracts of highly specialized, extensive, new or innovative techniques for facilities construction, design, and services affecting major agency programs.

You will prepare, review, and approve delivery/task order and modification award documentation.

You will perform cost and price analysis and ensure compliance with cost accounting standards.

You will conduct periodic meetings with team members for purposes of setting policies/procedures for consistent execution of contract actions (cradle-to-grave), to solicit problems experienced by the team in the procurement processes.

You will perform pre-award functions for procurements involving complex contracts of highly specialized, extensive, new or innovative techniques for facilities construction, design, and services of significant importance to the agency.

You will serve as a Contracting Officer.
