Project Administrator

Must Haves 2–5 years of experience in project administration, controls, or accounting. Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Procore or MS Project a plus. Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, or project reporting preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Legal, Construction Management preferred. D2D Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentation accurate and up to date. Take ownership of project controls: forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Ensure every project document — from contracts to meeting minutes — is timely, accurate, and properly distributed. Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up until they’re complete. Manage project financials: prepare invoices, track vendor payments, and support monthly accounting. Be the “go-to” person for detail, organization, and accountability within the project team. Attention to detail to ensure that all project documentation is updated regularly.
