Senior Business Consultant – Foster Lawson We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale high-rise commercial and office construction projects . The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, design-build expertise, and a track record of long-term success with previous employers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of high-rise office/commercial construction projects (7+ stories) from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee design-build processes, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams to ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality, safety, and satisfaction at every stage. Qualifications: 10–15 years of industry experience in commercial or high-rise construction. Design-build project management experience required. DBIA Certification strongly preferred. Demonstrated longevity with previous employers (5+ years with a single firm preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project logistics. Local to the Albany area – no relocation or travel reimbursement available.
