Bluegrass Supply Chain Services, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a multi-site distribution network across OH, IN & KY. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR training on the warehouse floor. This hands-on role reports to the VP of HR and requires 2–5 years in HR, multi-site experience, and travel up to 40%. Salary range is $65k–$75k with a 7% bonus potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
