NetSuite Administrator Location: New York (Hybrid) An established and growing organization operating across the eCommerce, retail, and manufacturing sectors is looking to hire an experienced NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of its ERP platform. This is an opportunity to join a business that relies heavily on NetSuite to support multiple business functions and is committed to continuing its investment in the platform. Working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and IT, you\'ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the NetSuite environment while driving user adoption and system efficiency. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform. Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, forms, and roles. Manage user access, permissions, and security. Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshoot issues. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Coordinate testing and deployment of new functionality and system enhancements. Support integrations with third-party applications. Develop and maintain system documentation and best practices. Deliver user training and promote adoption across the business. Requirements 4+ years of NetSuite Administration experience. Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration and core functionality. Experience supporting Finance, Operations, Inventory, or Supply Chain teams. Knowledge of SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting. Experience working within eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple departments. NetSuite certifications are advantageous but not essential.
