Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Administer a wide range of techniques aimed at rehabilitating physical functions, ensuring that treatments are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress utilizing electronic medical records (EMR), allowing for clear communication with healthcare teams.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and techniques to enhance the recovery process and prevent future injuries.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases and contribute to the development of cohesive care strategies.
• Maintain strict compliance with California licensing and documentation standards to uphold the clinic's quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Proficient in the use of EMR systems and documentation, with a keen attention to detail.
• At least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, although new graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
