Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, is required alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be completed within one year of your hire date.
• Continuous maintenance of your certification is expected throughout your tenure.
