Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer (COO)The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the senior operational leader for a rapidly scaling, private equity backed pizzeria platform. This role will own all restaurant-level performance across an expanding multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio. The COO will be responsible for driving EBITDA growth, operational discipline, leadership development, and seamless execution of new acquisitions and organic unit expansion. This is a true build-and-scale role for an operator who thrives in high-growth, data-driven environments.Lead all field operations across a growing multi-unit, multi-market pizzeria platformOwn P&L performance, labor optimization, food cost, margin expansion, and unit-level profitabilityBuild and scale a high-performance operating structure including RVPs, Directors of Ops, and Field LeadersDrive standardization across systems, processes, training, and operational executionPartner closely with the CEO and PE sponsor on growth strategy, unit economics, and platform expansionLead integration of newly acquired brands and locationsOversee new store openings including site readiness, staffing, training, and launch executionImplement KPI dashboards, reporting cadence, and operating rhythmsOptimize guest experience, brand execution, service speed, and food qualityServe as a culture carrier and leadership standard across the organization10+ years of senior multi-unit leadership in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant platformsExperience operating at scale in a private equity or high-growth environmentStrong track record of building teams and scaling multi-market restaurant operationsDeep understanding of unit economics, EBITDA drivers, and operational KPIsExperience leading through systems upgrades, restructures, and integrationHands-on, disciplined, and highly execution-oriented leaderExecutive-level base salaryBonus and long-term equity participationDirect exposure to board and PE leadershipOpportunity to help build a category-defining pizzeria platform
