What You'll Lead

• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic growth initiatives, including new market expansion and clinic launches.

• Develop scalable operational frameworks that support sustainable growth without compromising clinical quality.

• Drive organizational readiness for acquisitions, integrations, and multi-state expansion.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all non-clinical operations including scheduling, intake, authorizations, billing, credentialing, and administrative functions.

• Optimize workflows to improve access to care, reduce waitlists, and increase service utilization.

• Create performance dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics.

Family Experience & Service Delivery

• Champion a seamless experience from referral through treatment.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve client satisfaction, retention, and outcomes.

• Ensure operational systems support clinicians in delivering exceptional care.

Team Development

• Build and mentor regional and departmental leaders.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and servant leadership.

• Create career pathways and leadership development programs to support organizational growth.

Financial Stewardship

• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
