Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. This includes comprehensive diagnostic assessments to establish baseline mental health profiles.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients manage a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, including support groups and psychoeducational workshops, fostering a sense of community and shared healing among participants.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals that are regularly reassessed to adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating necessary interventions to ensure client safety.

• Engage in ongoing training and continuing education to stay updated on emerging best practices in mental health care and enhance your professional skills.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive client care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

We serve adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and substance use disorders, as well as adolescents navigating the complexities of mental health issues. Your work will not only involve direct therapeutic interventions but also advocacy and support to improve community mental health initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Completion of at least three years of supervised clinical experience, as mandated by state regulations, demonstrating the ability to assess and address client needs effectively.

• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and education to maintain licensure and stay informed about advancements in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
