Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions during virtual sessions, ensuring that each client receives high-quality, personalized care.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while streamlining documentation processes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and enhance the quality of patient care.

• Participate in regular meetings such as case consultations and peer reviews to uphold treatment standards and share best practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, guiding them in understanding mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Remain informed about the latest research developments and therapeutic techniques within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served at Crystal Counseling LLC include individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, active license to practice in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Registered (LCSW-R).

• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to adapt your approach based on individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex mental health cases.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or proficiency in videoconferencing tools and digital record systems.

• Experience working in outpatient care settings, particularly with populations facing trauma, anxiety, or depression.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
